Rockport Garden Club
The Rockport Garden Club is having a Scholarship Fund Raiser in August at the Rockland Elks Club on Rankin St. They have asked if we will play at the event for about an hour. The Event Is from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. We would play early rather than late on Thursday, August 21.
Please consider this when developing our schedule of gigs for the summer. This is an organizationtion that Doris belongs to, and any proceeds from the event will go to students planning further study in horticulture and environmental studies. - From George Sayre

July Jubilee & Pig Roast at the Camden-Rockport Historical Society
This event features a pig roast, family fun, tours of the grounds, the Conway/Thorndike Homestead and Museum, and an opportunity to showcase the extensive renovations they have undertaken.
St. George Day Parade
UkesRock has been invited to play in the St. George Day Parade at Tenants Harbor on Saturday, July 19. Space on the trailer is limited to 12 players. St. George residents have priority seating on the trailer. If you would like to play, please reply in the chat section.

Strides For Hope
The Strides For Hope Walkathon was created to raise money for Women's Cancer research. Funds raised will go toward Breast Cancer and Gynecological Cancer research organizations.
